Texas has a large backlog of idle and orphaned wells. Plugging them is required, it is skilled work, and there is far more of it than there are crews to do it.
The problem
Thousands of inactive Texas wells need plugging, and many have no operator left to pay for it. The need is not going away.
What we do
We plug idle and abandoned wells to Railroad Commission standard and restore the sites, working with landowners, operators of record and the Commission.
How we work
Well by well, with the records checked first. We take on the wells the hole and the site will support.
Where it is going
Grouping nearby wells into campaigns so crews and equipment move less and plug more.
